Dr. Matthias Kempf is a Managing Partner at Leap435 with over 20 years of expertise in mobility innovation and consulting. As a co-founder of Berylls Group and Berylls Digital Ventures, he has led projects in mobility, autonomous driving, and automotive software, including the launch of MOIA and BeeZero H2 Carsharing.

Daniel Willenbrink is an Investment Manager at Leap435. Previously, he was a Lead Venture Associate at Berylls Digital Ventures, focusing on corporate innovation projects in the automotive industry. He has also contributed to company building at Porsche Digital's Forward31 and explored the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem with Startup Autobahn at the Plug and Play Tech Center.

Fares is Principal at Leap435 with prior experience from consulting, startups, and his family’s business. He has special love for Autonomous Driving Technology, Next-gen Vehicle Development, and Software-Defined-Vehicles. Fares studied Mechanical Engineering at TUM and Technology Management at the CDTM in Munich. When not working, he optimizes his health and performance and tinkers on wood and car projects.

As co-founder of Berylls (now Berylls by AlixPartners), he expanded Europe’s leading automotive consultancy to over 200 consultants before selling the company to AlixPartners. Jan's expertise spans accelerating the transformation of luxury and premium automobile manufacturers, with a focus on downstream (sales & marketing, digitalization) and capital markets. He is also a expert for the Chinese market.
